💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end impairment provisioning process under CECL and IFRS 9, ensuring financial reporting integrity and audit readiness for IPO. You'll directly contribute to investor confidence by owning one of the company's most material accounting estimates, working alongside a world-class team in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead calculation and planning of Allowance for Credit Losses under CECL and IFRS 9
• Act as primary audit and regulatory contact for impairment provisioning
• Maintain and refine methodological framework for data-driven, transparent processes
• Design and implement key financial controls supporting COSO-compliant impairment process

📋 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Deep expertise with IFRS 9 Impairment and CECL (ASC 326)

✨ Nice to Have

• FRM, CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification
• Experience in banking or fintech allowance for credit losses
• Understanding of COSO framework
