📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a similar role
• HHA Exchange software experience strongly preferred
• Proficient computer and phone knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills

✨ Nice to Have

• LHCSA experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
• 2+ years homecare agency customer service
