🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs
• Proactively source candidates via referrals and networking
• Communicate professionally and promote the Compass brand

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
• Experience managing candidate pipelines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• B.A. or B.S. degree with strong academic record

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or Oracle)
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
