Description

You will support our Staffing team in effectively planning the deployment of consultants, matching them to projects based on skills and interests. You'll handle administrative tasks in our staffing tool and assist with system inquiries, taking on responsibility and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in bachelor's or master's program in business or similar
• Reliability, team spirit, quick comprehension, and enjoyment of new challenges
• Solution-oriented and structured work approach
• Open and communicative personality
• Fluency in German and English, good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Support staffing team in effective and efficient consultant deployment planning
• Match consultants to projects based on skills, interests, and client requirements
• Handle inquiries and provide assistance regarding system landscape
• Perform administrative adjustments in staffing tool and support daily operations
• Take ownership of tasks and maintain regular exchange with contacts
