You'll own top-of-funnel brand awareness for Slash, a fast-growing fintech company building industry-specific business banking. Your core impact is turning Slash into a category-defining brand with real cultural presence through multi-channel campaigns and high-impact brand moments. You'll work directly with founders to translate complex product narratives into simple, memorable storytelling.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own top-of-funnel brand awareness across video, creators, audio, and out-of-home
  • Design and execute multi-channel brand strategy spanning TV, podcasts, sponsorships, etc.
  • Allocate budget across channels balancing cultural impact with efficiency
  • Build and manage paid brand infrastructure including agencies and media buying

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in brand marketing or growth
  • Experience scaling a brand at a high-growth company
  • Deep familiarity with video/streaming, creators, and integrated campaigns
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically with high ownership

  • Experience in fintech or financial services
  • Background with creator ecosystems or cultural partnerships
  • Prior experience building a brand function from scratch
