You'll lead AI-driven story generation for GenAI serialized short form content, guiding creative teams in concept development, plotting, and screenplay structure. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide creative direction for GenAI serialized short form content
• Develop AI policies, guardrails, and prompts for story generation
• Oversee AI-generated content quality and provide feedback
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, and subject-matter experts

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years as a screenwriter and 3+ years in TV/serialized short form writing supervision
• Idiomatic fluency in English and Hindi
• Experience with structure, scene, and dialog punch-up
• Proficiency in GenAI and traditional screenwriting tools
