Requirements

Board Certified in Infectious Disease
Active license with Interstate Compact or licensure in Louisiana
5+ years of clinical practice
MD or DO degree

Responsibilities

Perform half-day tele-specialty clinic per week (4 hours patient care, 2 hours administrative)
Conduct patient chart review and one-on-one patient visits
Provide recommendations to referring providers
Potential to add curbside and e-consults in the future
