As a Distribution Manager at Olaplex, you will oversee global distribution centers and manage 3PL partners to ensure efficient warehousing and fulfillment. You will optimize processes, reduce costs, and drive service improvements to support the company's growth in the prestige hair care industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Distribution
• 5 years progressive managerial experience in 3PL warehouse/distribution
• Managing internal/external partners for operational priorities
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills including Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3PL end-to-end fulfillment ensuring SLA and KPI adherence
• Evaluate warehouse performance and implement improvements
• Optimize order cycle to reduce times and improve fulfillment rates
• Develop multi-year cost-optimization roadmap
• Lead dispute management for customer chargebacks
