🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of Precision Health capability-building initiatives for laboratory partnerships.
• Identify gaps in diagnostic processes and translate challenges into scalable solutions.
• Oversee selection, onboarding, and governance of external diagnostic partners.
• Design and pilot innovative diagnostic and decision-support programs.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, biotech, or health tech.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in project management, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with diagnostic workflows, clinical decision support, or lab partnerships.
