π― What You'll Do
- Lead development of Precision Health capability-building initiatives for laboratory partnerships.
- Identify gaps in diagnostic processes and translate challenges into scalable solutions.
- Oversee selection, onboarding, and governance of external diagnostic partners.
- Design and pilot innovative diagnostic and decision-support programs.
π Requirements
- 4+ years in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, biotech, or health tech.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in project management, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with diagnostic workflows, clinical decision support, or lab partnerships.
