You'll lead Treasury and Accounts Payable teams for a community-focused real estate and infrastructure firm, overseeing cash management, liquidity forecasting, and vendor strategies across funds and corporate entities. You'll drive operational excellence and implement strategic improvements to optimize banking relationships and payment processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Treasury and AP teams to ensure operational excellence and controls
• Oversee execution of Treasury payments and credit facility draws
• Develop liquidity forecasts for corporate and fund vehicles
• Enhance treasury reporting and banking relationship strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with CFA or comparable certification
• 15 years of experience in Treasury or Fund finance at large Alternative Asset Managers
• SOX control environment experience with risk-focused mindset
• Experience managing treasury management systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi P2P and Investment Accounting
• Experience with foreign currency transactions and jurisdictions
• Knowledge of vendor management and AP processes for Alternative Asset Managers
