Description

As a Construction Project Engineer at SpaceX, you will design, build, and activate infrastructure for the Starlink production facility. You'll manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from start to finish, working autonomously to solve complex problems and ensure on-time, under-budget delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering or construction management
• 1+ years of construction experience
• Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and lift 15-35 lbs
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of projects with on-time and under-budget delivery
• Manage all aspects of multi-discipline construction projects in field and office
• Perform project control tasks including scheduling and cost control
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real-time
• Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, internal customers, and government agencies
