• Support ecommerce customer service emails when needed.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail
• Proven record in delivering excellent customer service
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Ability to work in-person at Cherry Creek store

• Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, and Gladly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
