Description

As a Product Analyst at Smartly, you will collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to analyze customer behavior, build data models and dashboards, and own analytics projects end-to-end to drive product decisions and optimize user experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) to analyze data effectively
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication skills to turn complex data into compelling stories
• Background in product analytics with experience in data modeling and key product KPIs
• Ability to work from Helsinki office 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to analyze customer behavior and optimize user experience using data
• Build, maintain, and enhance reporting for key product adoption metrics using dbt
• Develop deep understanding of product data and improve feature tracking with PMs and Engineers
• Own analytics projects end-to-end from defining data requirements to generating actionable insights
• Create and maintain data models ensuring accuracy across all product metrics
