💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical discovery and drive POC execution for strategic accounts in EMEA, helping customers design and adopt Deepgram's voice AI platform. You'll partner with Account Executives long-term, bridging pre-sales and post-sales for high-stakes engagements. This role offers the chance to build reusable assets and shape field enablement across the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and map business goals to success criteria
• Design, scope, and execute POCs with clear metrics
• Build prototypes and demos using Deepgram SDKs and APIs
• Advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions engineering or pre-sales for enterprise SaaS
• Experience with voice AI, speech recognition, or real-time APIs
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for prototyping
• Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, and EMEA data privacy requirements
