You'll lead a team integrating software and hardware components into a unified autonomous product for defense and automotive applications. You'll oversee end-to-end validation through SIL, HIL, and real-world deployment on USV/UAV platforms. This role is critical to delivering physical AI for moving machines in a fast-growing $15B company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of software engineers on autonomy projects.
• Lead integration lifecycle from components to system-level product.
• Oversee deployment of autonomy solutions onto hardware platforms.
• Manage system-level testing in simulation and field deployment.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years industry experience in software, robotics, or systems engineering.
• 2+ years experience leading technical teams.
• MS in computer science, robotics, systems engineering, or related field.
• Experience deploying software to hardware with verification and validation.

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in Robotics or related field.
• Hands-on experience deploying autonomy on USV/UAV platforms.
• Proficiency in production-level C++ and/or Python.
