Description

As a Solutions Engineer at Okta, you'll partner with sales to help customers understand and adopt Okta's identity platform. You'll deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept, solving complex identity and security challenges for a diverse customer base.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years pre-sales engineering experience
• Ability to quickly communicate complex technical ideas
• Deployed apps in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel
• Experience with network security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP)
• Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the sales team as the technical expert to help customers understand the value of Okta's solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and align solutions with customer needs
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
• Plan and deliver Proof of Concepts for complex customer use cases
• Provide feedback to product management for product enhancements
