💼 About This Role

You'll design and own BAS systems from concept through startup for complex facilities. You'll create control drawings, sequences, and submittal packages while ensuring strict documentation standards. You'll also resolve field issues and defend technical decisions with data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical design of BAS projects from scope review through startup
• Create control drawings, sequences of operation, and submittal packages
• Configure BAS controllers and develop system architectures
• Support commissioning and resolve field-level technical issues

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct BAS engineering experience
• Experience programming or configuring BAS platforms (Niagara, Distech, or similar)
• Experience developing control drawings and submittals for live projects
• Strong HVAC and electrical system knowledge
