Responsibilities

  • Lead daily and weekly team meetings to align on goals and tactics
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on skill development and performance reviews
  • Use Gong and Salesforce data to diagnose performance gaps and coach in real time
  • Enforce CRM hygiene and accuracy for forecasting
  • Support key deals and coach AEs through complex negotiations
