Responsibilities
- Lead daily and weekly team meetings to align on goals and tactics
- Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on skill development and performance reviews
- Use Gong and Salesforce data to diagnose performance gaps and coach in real time
- Enforce CRM hygiene and accuracy for forecasting
- Support key deals and coach AEs through complex negotiations
