Enterprise Account Executive - Switzerland

Description

You will drive new business growth by bringing Parloa's agentic AI platform to leading enterprises across Switzerland. You'll engage senior stakeholders, navigate complex sales cycles, and help organizations transform their customer experience at scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in SaaS or technology sales in a closing role with a track record of meeting revenue targets
  • Proven ability to win new logos and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience building pipeline in outbound-driven environments, ideally in new or developing markets
  • Strong ability to engage and influence VP and C-level executives
  • Native or bilingual in German/Swiss German and fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing for enterprise customers in Switzerland
  • Build and expand Parloa's footprint by developing territory strategies and key account relationships
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes including tenders and negotiations with senior decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor on how Parloa and agentic AI drive business impact and transformation
  • Partner with Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Value Consulting for a seamless buying experience
