You'll coordinate proton beam and heavy ion tests for Vast's avionics development. Your work will ensure radiation survivability for next-generation space stations. This role offers the chance to shape human-rated spacecraft requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate proton beam and heavy ion radiation tests
• Develop radiation effects and survivability requirements
• Derive and distribute in-space environmental requirements
• Tailor industry standards for Vast spacecraft

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related
• 5+ years experience in Radiation Effects or similar role

✨ Nice to Have

• MS or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or related
• Experience with FASTRAD for radiation shielding analysis
• Experience with SPENVIS or OMERE for radiation environments
