Description

You will oversee vehicle reconditioning operations in a lean manufacturing environment, managing a team of up to 70 associates and multiple leads. Your role involves driving quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning for direct reports
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, and performance standards
• Maintain production capacity and assist with production planning
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
