You'll coordinate multiple simultaneous custom antibody projects from inquiry through final delivery. You'll manage communication between Sales, Customer Service, Tech Support, Operations, and Finance to ensure proactive updates. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end coordination of custom antibody projects.
• Design quotes and Statements of Work reflecting customer needs.
• Track and report project status in real-time.
• Serve as primary contact for project timelines and technical updates.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and shipments.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in life sciences.
• 1–2 years of experience leading scientific projects in a commercial setting.
• Ability to manage timelines across different departments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree or hands-on laboratory experience.
• Technical background in antibody engineering or characterization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira.
