You'll own strategic customer relationships for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving product adoption and retention while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support. Your work directly impacts account growth and customer satisfaction.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage strategic customer relationships post-sale, focusing on adoption and retention
- Deliver outcome-oriented QBRs/EBRs and lead success planning
- Drive platform adoption through enablement and education on roadmap
- Monitor account health and proactively mitigate risks
- Resolve complex escalations with clear communication and customer focus
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS with 3+ years in Customer Success or TAM
- Proven track record managing complex customer relationships including exec stakeholders
- Strong communication and analytical skills with measurable outcomes
- Technical familiarity with internet/networking technologies and security products
