You'll own strategic customer relationships for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving product adoption and retention while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support. Your work directly impacts account growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage strategic customer relationships post-sale, focusing on adoption and retention
  • Deliver outcome-oriented QBRs/EBRs and lead success planning
  • Drive platform adoption through enablement and education on roadmap
  • Monitor account health and proactively mitigate risks
  • Resolve complex escalations with clear communication and customer focus

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise SaaS with 3+ years in Customer Success or TAM
  • Proven track record managing complex customer relationships including exec stakeholders
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with measurable outcomes
  • Technical familiarity with internet/networking technologies and security products
