💼 About This Role

You'll keep the office running smoothly as part of the Corporate Operations team at a fast-paced space startup. You'll handle reception, corporate housing, event coordination, and company merchandise. This role offers equity in a groundbreaking company building the largest high-power satellites ever flown.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate people or departments
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order replacements
  • Coordinate tenant check-in/check-out for corporate housing
  • Fulfill and distribute online employee merchandise orders

📋 Requirements

  • Associate degree and 3+ years office experience, or bachelor's degree with internship
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar
  • Ability to work on-site in Torrance, CA
  • Availability Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with possible overtime

  • Experience as Office Coordinator or Receptionist
  • Event coordination or hospitality experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
