You'll keep the office running smoothly as part of the Corporate Operations team at a fast-paced space startup. You'll handle reception, corporate housing, event coordination, and company merchandise. This role offers equity in a groundbreaking company building the largest high-power satellites ever flown.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate people or departments
- Manage office supplies inventory and order replacements
- Coordinate tenant check-in/check-out for corporate housing
- Fulfill and distribute online employee merchandise orders
📋 Requirements
- Associate degree and 3+ years office experience, or bachelor's degree with internship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar
- Ability to work on-site in Torrance, CA
- Availability Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with possible overtime

- Experience as Office Coordinator or Receptionist
- Event coordination or hospitality experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
