You'll lead the technical direction of a brand-new PvP sports game Smash Ball at Rovio, part of SEGA. You'll manage and mentor a team while actively contributing to the codebase in a hybrid role in Barcelona.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical direction and mentor game developers
• Oversee full development lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Design and implement complex gameplay mechanics and tools
• Balance rapid prototyping with scalability and performance

📋 Requirements

• Strong Unity and C# programming skills
• Experience shipping live games
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and software practices
