💼 About This Role

You'll define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Spire's Weather & Climate SaaS/DaaS portfolio. Your work will directly generate durable revenue and competitive advantage across markets like renewable energy and agriculture. You'll lead a team of product managers and partner with executive leadership to shape a high-growth portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify high-value industry problems.
• Lead cross-functional product development from concept to general availability.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop solution narratives and drive go-to-market launch.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with commercial weather or atmospheric data products.
• Deep domain expertise in numerical weather prediction or related areas like GNSS-RO or AI/ML forecasting.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS/DaaS products from concept to production in a B2B environment.
• Experience developing business cases with financial models and executive-level approval.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in aviation weather or climate risk markets.
• Familiarity with GNSS-RO, GNSS-R, or hyperspectral microwave sounding data.
