You'll support global payroll processing across US, Canada, UK, and international contractors. You'll ensure accuracy and compliance while improving processes. This temp-to-perm role offers a path to permanent employment at a high-growth fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multiple entities
• Manage off-cycle payments including bonuses and commissions
• Train employees and managers on timesheet system
• Serve as main contact for employee payroll inquiries

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years processing multi-state and international payrolls
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations
• Advanced in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with Workday

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Paylocity, Deel, or HiBob
• Equity processing experience
