💼 About This Role

You'll lead full-scale UX design efforts for a large Federal agency, collaborating with engineers and clients to create intuitive, accessible digital solutions. Your work will directly improve government services by transforming complex systems into user-friendly experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead UX research, blueprinting, and evaluation of existing systems.
• Plan, design, and implement multiple sites and applications simultaneously.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with federal engineers and clients on innovative solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10+ years combined design experience (UCD, UI/UX).
• Expertise in user research methodologies and user-centered design.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience creating data visualizations.
• Advanced coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS).
