Description

You will lead and oversee complex client accounting engagements, acting as a Controller for clients, driving financial analysis and strategic advisory. This hybrid role is based in Kirkland, WA, and focuses on outsourced accounting for small to medium businesses, with responsibilities including team supervision, monthly reporting, and payroll processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in CAAS, accounting, audit, or corporate controller
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP
• Strong financial analysis and strategic advisory skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 3-5 staff
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly client financial reporting
• Oversee and review transactional accounting in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
• Optimize client technology stack and recommend efficiency tools
