💼 About This Role

You'll engage with customers to enable successful adoption of RecordPoint's SaaS data management product. You'll deliver technical onboarding activities including configuration, integration, and migration support. This role offers the chance to solve interesting technical problems with a high-performing, collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct discovery sessions to gather and validate client requirements.
• Design onboarding and implementation approaches for customer needs.
• Deliver technical onboarding including configuration, connector deployment, and migration support.
• Train customers and internal team members on RecordPoint products.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years implementing SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ECM, or EDRMS solutions.
• 3+ years in client-facing consulting or technical delivery role.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, and Entra ID.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud solutions (SaaS and PaaS).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with records management or information management solutions.
• Direct experience with RecordPoint products.
• Understanding of security principles in cloud environments.
