💼 About This Role

You'll provide case management to homeless and formerly homeless veterans and their families, helping them secure and retain permanent affordable housing. You'll build relationships with landlords and coordinate with social service providers to connect families to supportive services. This role is key in crisis intervention to prevent loss of housing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outreach to locate and engage homeless veterans and families
• Assess client strengths and develop housing stability goals
• Conduct home visits to ensure housing stability
• Document performance and attend team meetings

📋 Requirements

• BA in social services or related field with 3 years experience
• Experience providing services to Veterans
• Experience with crisis intervention and case management
• Knowledge of housing resources in King County

• Experience with chemical dependency and mental health issues
• Knowledge of domestic violence advocacy
• Bilingual skills
