🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Rider content and partnerships strategy with a team of 3 associates.
• Oversee daily partnership operations and CRM communications via Braze.
• Collaborate with Central Operations and EU Content teams on combined campaigns.
• Monitor impact of partnerships and content on Rider sentiment and engagement.

📋 Requirements

• CRM platform experience (ideally Braze).
• Stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills.
• People management experience to coach direct reports.
• Strong business acumen for Rider partnerships.
