💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the financial expert for a designated property portfolio, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and collaborating with property managers. This role offers exposure to institutional owners and asset management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for assigned properties
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and record monthly accruals
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for institutional owners and asset managers
• Monitor cash flow and prepare funding reports as needed

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree in Accounting required
• 3 years of real estate or public accounting experience preferred
• GAAP experience required
• Proficiency in Excel required

✨ Nice to Have

• MRI or Yardi experience preferred
• FAS asset software experience a plus
