You will be the ultimate connector, part event planner, content creator, and relationship manager, owning the local vibe and growth strategy for Lightspeed's hospitality customers and prospects in key cities. You'll launch an anchor mission with top customers, network with local influencers, run scrappy events, produce raw customer stories, and fuel the sales team with fresh data.

Requirements

• Hospitality DNA: experience and contacts in the hospitality world
• Scrappy Creator: film, edit, and write content solo using Canva, iMovie, Google Suite, and AI
• Self-starter who loves being out of the office
• Sales-minded: understand sales cycle and track offline impact on growth
• Event diva with strong experience in events, ideally in hospitality

Responsibilities

• Launch the Anchor Mission by enlisting top customers as event hosts
• Forge relationships with key external stakeholders like prospects and influencers
• Plan and execute high-vibe local events at customer sites
• Capture raw and real customer stories for social media and case studies
• Keep local field sales materials fresh with data and stories
