You will lead high-impact UX research across Roku's full TV portfolio, uncovering user needs and pain points to drive the evolution of new TV experiences – from setup and hardware performance to picture quality. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align research with roadmaps and business priorities, ensuring Roku delivers a simple, delightful entertainment experience.
