💼 About This Role

You'll join Scaleway's Legal team to draft, negotiate, and monitor contracts for cloud and AI products. You'll support internal clients across Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing while ensuring legal security for sovereign cloud activities. This role offers exposure to high-stakes topics like AI Act regulations and certifications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Purchasing).
• Draft and update contractual models like NDAs and Terms of Service.
• Participate in dispute resolution with customers or suppliers.

📋 Requirements

• Master 2 degree in Law (Digital Law specialization preferred).
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the IT/Tech sector.
• Strong proficiency in Contract Law, Digital Law, and Personal Data protection.
• Fluency in English for international projects and negotiations.

• Familiarity with IT concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Public vs. Private Cloud).
• Experience with GDPR compliance and AI Act regulations.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
