You'll design and maintain FreeSWITCH and Kamailio VoIP solutions for a high-load production environment. You'll optimize call routing, failover, and load balancing strategies to ensure 99.99% uptime. This role is crucial for scaling our enterprise AI agent platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and maintain FreeSWITCH and Kamailio VoIP solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP protocols, RTP streams, and media gateways.
• Monitor and optimize high-load production FreeSWITCH and VoIP systems.
• Develop call routing, failover mechanisms, and load balancing strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in VOIP engineering with FreeSWITCH and Kamailio.
• 3+ years experience with Kubernetes on production systems.
• Strong expertise in SIP protocol, RTP streaming, and VoIP call flows.
• Hands-on experience with Homer SIP capture or similar monitoring tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with WebRTC, Asterisk, or OpenSIPS.
• Ability to write Bash/Python or Golang scripts.
• Experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
