You'll lead analytics strategy and execution for B2B accounts at a top marketing agency, turning data into actionable insights. Your work will directly shape performance measurement frameworks and client decision-making. You'll also have the opportunity to build and lead a team as the practice scales.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain client-facing performance reporting dashboards
  • Connect and validate data sources across paid, organic, earned, and CRM channels
  • Provide synthesized, actionable insights to account teams and clients
  • Contribute to measurement planning and KPI framework development

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years of marketing analytics or performance measurement experience
  • Agency experience with client service context
  • Strong proficiency in Looker Studio and/or Tableau
  • Working SQL to pull data and investigate discrepancies

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with data aggregation/connector tools
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery and dbt
  • B2B performance marketing background understanding lead gen and pipeline attribution
