๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead analytics strategy and execution for B2B accounts at a top marketing agency, turning data into actionable insights. Your work will directly shape performance measurement frameworks and client decision-making. You'll also have the opportunity to build and lead a team as the practice scales.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain client-facing performance reporting dashboards
- Connect and validate data sources across paid, organic, earned, and CRM channels
- Provide synthesized, actionable insights to account teams and clients
- Contribute to measurement planning and KPI framework development
๐ Requirements
- 5-7 years of marketing analytics or performance measurement experience
- Agency experience with client service context
- Strong proficiency in Looker Studio and/or Tableau
- Working SQL to pull data and investigate discrepancies
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with data aggregation/connector tools
- Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery and dbt
- B2B performance marketing background understanding lead gen and pipeline attribution
