• Facilitate new hire training and bootcamp sessions
• Visit retail locations to coach representatives in field
• Conduct candidate interviews for hiring efforts
• Monitor team performance and productivity metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, or leadership
• Proven track record of strong performance in a sales environment
• Comfortable interviewing candidates
