You'll lead a team of project managers and oversee the full project lifecycle for client-facing engagements at a data, media, and tech consultancy. You'll partner with senior leadership to scale delivery operations while remaining hands-on for high-profile projects. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers.
• Own the full project lifecycle for client-facing engagements.
• Act as key escalation point for PMO team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Optimize project management technology including workflows and automation.
• Lead high-profile projects and initiatives driving company strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing direct reports in professional services.
• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional client-facing projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep proficiency in PM tooling like Asana and Jira.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Project Management certification (PMP, Agile).
• Experience with Google Marketing Platform or Adobe marketing tools.
• Background in Business Analysis or process development.
