💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events across North America, including our annual client conference. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver memorable events that directly influence business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows and conferences across North America.
• Manage all event logistics including booth setup, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
• Oversee annual client conference, including venue selection, catering, AV, and communications.
• Maintain event budgets, ensuring timely delivery within financial targets.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of event management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven experience managing trade shows and multi-day conferences from planning through post-event analysis.
• Strong expertise in vendor negotiations, contract management, and budget ownership.
• Willingness to travel across North America for events throughout the year.
