You'll drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into delighted customers for Paddle's payment infrastructure. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, engaging with SaaS and AI companies. This role offers remote work with a fast-growing company backed by top investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build pipeline from BDR-sourced leads and self-sourced opportunities
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Articulate Paddle's value to CTOs, Heads of Product, and CEOs
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and success teams on sales approach
📋 Requirements
- Extensive closing experience in software/SaaS with multi-threaded enterprise deals
- Proven track record of exceeding quota using consultative value-based selling
- Experience selling highly technical products/services
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in the payments space or B2B SaaS
- Prior experience at a growth stage internet/software company
- Familiarity with eCommerce providers like Stripe, Braintree, PayPal
