🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full lifecycle of AI data projects from scoping to delivery
• Oversee multilingual data collection and LLM evaluation pipelines
• Monitor KPIs: throughput, quality, productivity via dashboards
• Coordinate global annotator teams and maintain SLAs

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in AI/ML data operations
• Strong understanding of LLM training processes (SFT, RLHF)
• Advanced SQL proficiency to extract and analyze performance data
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies

• Fluency in a second language
• Experience with data annotation platforms (e.g. Scale AI, Super Annotate)
