💼 About This Role

You'll join a brand-new Industry team at Unity, building the BDR playbook from scratch for APAC. You'll prospect large untapped territories, shape outreach strategies, and turn early conversations into revenue. This role offers a clear path into sales, partnerships, or account management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect across large territories using multi-channel outreach like phone, email, LinkedIn, events.
• Research target accounts, build campaigns, and A/B test messaging.
• Qualify inbound leads and route high-intent prospects to Account Executives.
• Onboard, coach, and manage BDRs supporting other APAC regions.

📋 Requirements

• Hunting ability to identify new key contacts at target accounts
• Leadership experience to shape and build a new function
• Organization with attention to detail and curiosity
• Language native or bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English

• Experience collaborating with multi-functional teammates
• Familiarity with real-time 3D/interactive technology
• Proficiency with Salesforce and a sales engagement platform like Outreach or Salesloft
