💼 About This Role

You'll join Xepelin's operations team overseeing daily collection management for a fintech transforming business finance in Latin America. You'll drive phone and email follow-ups to recover outstanding payments, ensuring timely resolution for a high-volume portfolio. This role offers the chance to impact financial liquidity for over 1M businesses using data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review daily assigned operations for collection management.
• Conduct daily phone calls to debtors per portfolio.
• Update collection actions and track progress in platform.
• Send assignment certificates with first collection action.
• Manage complex cases and escalate when necessary.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of collection experience.
• Knowledge of factoring processes.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume accounts.
• Organized and methodical with attention to detail.
