💼 About This Role

You'll join Bluelight, a software consultancy, as an Outbound SDR. You'll generate new sales leads through cold calls, email, and social media. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to drive webinar attendance and trade show meetings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new sales leads via HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media
• Identify prospect needs and qualify leads for sales opportunities
• Set meetings between prospects and sales executives
• Work with marketing on outbound warm calling for ABM programs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in SaaS
• Hunter's mentality with track record of exceeding quotas
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a first responder is a plus
• AI tools experience to streamline workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
