Description

You will lead a team of SREs to ensure our platforms are resilient, scalable, and secure, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Security to shape reliability strategy and improve system performance.

Requirements

• Experience managing high-performing engineering teams
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Experience hosting microservices architectures
• Experience with cloud native architectures (AWS and GCP preferred)
• Good communication and technical writing skills

Responsibilities

• Own team growth, hiring, and onboarding
• Set technical direction and account for tech decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet internal customer needs
• Ensure team implementations meet industry standards
• Manage provision and support of stateful/data layer technologies
