💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and execution for the systems that power retrieval and knowledge across Asana's AI experiences. Your mission is to make search, retrieval, and knowledge extraction comprehensive, reliable, and useful at scale. This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for Agent Context
• Optimize retrieval quality and performance across search and RAG experiences
• Shape core AI capabilities for shared knowledge extraction
• Translate customer pain points and usage metrics into product decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in search, retrieval, AI, or platform products
• Proven ability to define a long-term platform thesis
• Experience working with engineering teams on complex, ambiguous systems
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
