🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and master service agreements
• Advise on corporate law, energy industry, and company products
• Establish best practices for intellectual property protection
• Serve as liaison with external counsel on litigation matters

📋 Requirements

• Active member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
• 2+ years legal experience in corporate, transactional, or regulatory law
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for legal work
