Description

You will support transaction and Responsible Investment activities for StepStone's Infrastructure Real Assets team, providing financial analysis, client advisory, and ESG due diligence across global infrastructure investments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in IB, project finance advisory, transaction services, or equivalent with some ESG experience
• Transaction experience in M&A, financings, or diligence processes with clear deal exposure
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Ability to produce high-quality written content in business English
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment

Responsibilities

• Create and modify sophisticated financial models, analyze financial statements and forecasts
• Prepare valuation bridges, DCF analysis, comparable company analysis, and sensitivity/scenario analysis
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and client advisory materials
• Support Responsible Investment by engaging on ESG risks and opportunities during due diligence
• Monitor global ESG trends and regulatory updates, providing insights to leadership
